Cubist Bulul
3 versions of the cubist bulul i did last week. the bulul is the rice god of the cordilleras. i never realized its power until i met santi bose. i used to think that catholicism was the only true belief system. false! the bulul is as powerful. the bulul's advantage is that it was never manipulated like jesus by opportunists. the schemers demonized it because they don't have control over it.

mel, i have always admired paul cezanne's works dahil siya ang tulay, pinaghalo niya ang liwanag at kulay ng impressionism at ang porma ng cubism na nagsilbing daan ng pananagumpay ni picasso nitong nagdaang siglong ika-20.. istilong tila nakakahiligan mo na rin sa ngayon. ang kulay ni monet ay di nagkakalayo sa kulay ni cezanne kaya't masasabi kong merong malakas na impluensiya din si monet sa sining ni cezanne. sa lahat ng art movement sa europa, ang impressionism para sa akin ang ikinatutuwa ko dahil ito ang siyang tunay na turning point patungo sa mga makabagong pananaw.
parehong magaganda ang tatlong besiyon mo ng bulul. pambihira ang iyong talento, kid... ito ang talentong kelan man ay di "mabululyaso"... mabuhay ka, mel :-)
